KEY PROJECTS
Our work is made possible through collaboration with incredible organizations and community partners. Together, we’ve mobilized over $55,000 for community programs, collected and redistributed 500+ items through up-cycling efforts, filmed educational videos —and more.

Read below for details on some of our recent projects.

BRONX RIVER COMMUNITY WORKSHOP
Through a grant from the Bronx River Alliance, Goalkeeper’s founder Chase Kantor developed and led a family-friendly nature hike and created an ecology guidebook to connect residents with local green spaces and volunteer opportunities.

PICKLEBALL FOR PARKS
Many NYC public school students lack access to environmental education and green space. We raised $9,522 through our annual Pickleball Charity event to fund free, park-based learning with NYC H2O.

BOTTLES FOR BRONX
Goalkeeper’s pop-up at Chase Park promoted reusable RPET water bottles and Bronx River Passports, raising funds for the Bronx River Alliance and awareness of micro-plastic pollution and health risks.

CLEAN WATER FOR ATHLETES
Clean water is not readily accessible or affordable for the athletes in Senegal. We raised 6,000 dollars that went to funding a soccer tournament in Senegal where potable water drops were distributed to the athletes along with uniforms and trophies.

EDUCATIONAL VIDEOS
"How-to" videos can be downloaded or streamed and provide free access to sports instruction in areas with limited resources to coaches and training. Instructional videos went directly to athletes in Dakar, helping bridge opportunity gaps through digital access.

YOUTH ATHLETICS AND SCHOLARSHIPS
Limited access to training, equipment, and academic support holds back promising young athletes. Goalkeeper raised over $7,000 to help expand basketball and education programs in Senegal.

FIELD RENOVATIONS
Ngnith is a village of 16,000 in Senegal where there is limited access to sports infrastructure and equipment. We raised $5,000 to support a community soccer tournament, and to begin renovating the local field.

SOCCER PROGRAMS
Unlike other local villages, Ronkh does not have a formal soccer program, so they can't compete in tournaments or build their teams properly to support their youth. We raised $5,000 selling to start a full program in the village.

BASKETBALL CAMPS
In Senegal, many youth athletes lack organized training, equipment, and structured sports programs. We raised $6,639 to fund a four-day basketball camp for 60 participants, ages 8–16, covering gear, staffing, water, and food.

URBAN YOUTH INITIATIVES
Ballin 4 Peace is a New York–based nonprofit that uses basketball and community events to reduce youth violence, and create positive opportunities for In 2023, Chase Kantor was invited to play their Spring Charity Tournament.
